Sweep’s position as a world-leading sustainability data management software has been further cemented in the latest report by IDC MarketScape - highlighting its flexibility, robust data management, secure data ingestion, and capabilities within goal-setting and monitoring, and supplier engagement.
IDC, the US-headquartered global market intelligence firm which counts more than 5,000 employees and 1,300 analysts worldwide, reviewed more than 100 vendors and shortlisted 21.
Of these, Sweep was the highest-scoring vendor for “Strategies”, and placed in the top 3 for “Product Capabilities”, following a robust evaluation process including a 180-point questionnaire, live demos and comprehensive interviews with customers.
The report notes that while Sweep is suitable for organizations of all sizes due to its graduated model, “the platform is particularly well suited for large organizations as well as organizations with complex value chains (retail, manufacturing, and finance)”.
IDC also highlights that:
Sweep adapts to company needs with multidimensional reporting, supports large data sets, and ensures data integrity
Sweep allows automated data ingestion and enables companies to track emissions within their value chain
Sweep supports decarbonization programs and providing insights into the costs and benefits of reduction projects
